#ENG: On the highway B23, near the nice city Rottenbuch, from one side of the ravine to the other spread over all of its 130 meters of a handsome - a concrete arch Echelsbacher bridge - a sample of the Bavarian engineering and construction genius, standing here since 1929. At 76 meters under the "suicide bridge", as it is affectionately called by locals, peacefully splashing river Ammer.
The construction, as well as any German action, was extremely practical - to exclude pulling cars from mountain to mountain – this is clearly described by a stele located close to it (on the territory of the bus stop) and other information signs set specifically for tourists.
The views from the small lookouts, breathtaking with its beauty. But do not look down;) It is better to look into the distance! But the height and the beauty of the location is not the only cause of the heart muscle contraction.
The most brutal experience is a trying to cross the bridge along (naturally, in the pedestrian zone): a meter away from us with a bang and clang swept special cars with wheels in the average human height. Every time unwittingly reviving in the memory horror movies plots where some kind of nut or wire unscrewed, and fly away... In addition to the noise and bright flashbacks their riding is accompanied by a noticeable trembling of bridge or it’s you who trembles (with fear). It is recommended to try it out for yourself ;)))

#RUS: На трассе В23, недалеко от славного города Роттенбуха, с одного края глубокого ущелья на другой раскинулся на все свои 130 метров красавец – арочный железобетонный Эхельсбахский мост – образчик баварского инженерно-строительного гения, стоящий здесь с 1929 года. В 76 метрах под «мостом самоубийц», как ласково называют его местные жители, мирно плещется река Аммер.
Строительство, как и любое немецкое действо, имело исключительно практический характер – чтобы машины не тягать с горы на гору – о чём наглядно рассказывает находящаяся недалеко от него (на территории автобусной остановки) памятная стела и прочие инфотаблички, поставленные специально для туристов.
Виды, открывающиеся с небольших смотровых площадок, захватывают дух своей красотой. Но вниз лучше не смотреть ;) Лучше вдаль! Но высота и красота-это не единственное, что вызывает в этом месте сжатие сердечной мышцы.
Самую жесть испытываешь, когда пытаешься перейти мост вдоль (естественно, по пешеходной зоне): в метре от нас с грохотом и лязгом проносились спецмашины с колесами в средний человеческий рост. Каждый раз, невольно возрождая в памяти сюжеты ужастиков, где какая-нибудь гайка или провод откручиваются, отлетают и... Помимо шума и ярких флэшбэков проезд сопровождается заметной дрожью толи моста, толи тебя самого (от страха). Прочувствовать на себе рекомендуется ;)))
